  1. FLEXADRIN CREAMTMINGREDIENTS PER 100g:

    Aqua(Water), Glycerine, Carbomer, Stearic Acid, Paraffinum Liquidum, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth 20, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Methyl Salicylate 15%, Menthol 3%, Triethalonaminex

 

  1. WHAT FLEXADRIN CREAMTMIS USED FOR:

Flexadrin CreamTM is indicated as a fast acting pain relief Cream that may help alleviate pains and improve the mobility of soft tissue injuries and joint flexibility. It may help the body to prevent long term wear and tear on muscles and joints.

  1. BEFORE YOU TAKE/USE/GIVE FLEXADRIN CREAMTM:

Do not use Flexadrin CreamTM:

  • If you are known to be hypersensitive (allergic) to (active ingredient) or any of the ingredients. (see; COMPOSITION)

Always tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding your baby please consult your health care provider for advice before taking this medicine.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Flexadrin CreamTM is not recommended for pregnant and lactating mothers to use/apply. Safety and efficacy on these conditions has not been investigated.

Important information about some of the ingredients of Flexadrin CreamTM:

Inactive: All inactive ingredient added on the formulation of Flexadrin CreamTM are known to be well tolerated.

Taking/ Giving/ Using other medicines with Flexadrin CreamTM:

Always tell your healthcare provider if you are using any other complementary or traditional medicine before giving you child Flexadrin CreamTM. 

  1. HOW TO USE FLEXADRIN CREAMTM

Do not share medicine with any other person.

  • Apply Flexadrin CreamTM3 – 4 times daily to the affected areas.
  • Do not apply on broken skin.

Always take Flexadrin CreamTM exactly as per recommendation of the Package Insert or by your health care provider and if you are unsure.

In the event of over dose, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison control center.

If you use more Flexadrin CreamTM than you should:

Do not use or apply more than recommended dose. (See Package Insert)

In the event of unpleasant reaction, developing skin rash, consult your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare provider. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison center.

If you forget to take / missed a dose of Flexadrin CreamTM:

Do not apply double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses.

  1. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

There has not been cases of frequent or less frequent side effects reported when taking/using Flexadrin CreamTM

  • Only in cases of hypersensitivity reaction you may experience the following side effects: skin rash may occur.

However you should your consult with your healthcare provider before taking or applying any herbal supplement ingredient.

If you notice any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet after taking Flexadrin CreamTM, stop immediately the use of the product and consult your healthcare provider please inform your healthcare provider.

  1. STORAGE CONDITION

Store all medicines out of reach of children.

Store in a cool, dry place below or at 25 0C.

Keep the container in the original packaging and in an outer carton.

Protect from light.

Do not store in a bathroom.

Do not use after expiry date stated on the label /carton and on the bottle.

Do not use Flexadrin CreamTM if you notice any visible signs of deterioration. Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist/ supplier.

Do not dispose of unused medicines in drains or sewage systems.

  1. WAT FLEXADRIN CREAMTMIS GEBRUIK VIR:

Flexadrin CreamTM word aangedui as ‘n vinnige waarnemende pynverligingsroom wat kan help om pyn te verlig en die mobiliteit van sagteweefselbeserings en gesamentlike buigsaamheid te verbeter. Dit kan die liggaam help om langtermyn slytasie op spiere en gewrigte te voorkom.

  1. VOORDAT U FLEXADRIN CREAMTMGEBRUIK / GEBRUIK / GEEF:

Moenie Flexadrin CreamTM gebruik nie:

  • As jy bekend is dat dit hipersensitief (allergies) is vir (aktiewe bestanddeel) of enige van die bestanddele. (sien; SAMESTELLING)

Vertel altyd jou gesondheidsorgverskaffer as jy enige ander medisyne gebruik. As u swanger is of borsvoed, raadpleeg u gesondheidsorgverskaffer vir advies voordat u hierdie medisyne gebruik.

Swangerskap en borsvoeding:

Flexadrin CreamTM word nie aanbeveel vir swanger en lakterende moeders om hierdie medisyne te gebruik nie. Veiligheid en doeltreffendheid onder hierdie toestande is nie ondersoek nie.

Belangrike inligting oor sommige van die bestanddele van Flexadrin CreamTM:

Onaktief: Al die onaktiewe bestanddeel wat op die formulering van FlexadrinTM Cream bygevoeg word, is goed geduld.

Neem / Gee / Gebruik ander medisyne met Flexadrin CreamTM:

Vertel altyd jou gesondheidsorgverskaffer as jy enige ander komplementêre of tradisionele medisyne gebruik voordat jy jou kind Flexadrin CreamTM gee.

  1. HOE OM FLEXADRIN CREAMTMTE GEBRUIK

Moenie medisyne met enige ander persoon deel nie.

  • Dien Flexadrin CreamTM3 tot 4 keer per dag toe.
  • Moet nie op gebroke vel toedien nie.

Neem altyd Flexadrin CreamTM presies soos op aanbeveling van die pakketinvoer of deur u gesondheidsorgverskaffer en as u onseker is.

In geval van oordosering, raadpleeg u dokter of apteker. Indien nie beskikbaar is nie, kontak die naaste hospitaal of gifbeheersentrum.

As jy meer Flexadrin CreamTM gebruik as wat jy moet:

Moenie meer as aanbevole dosis gebruik of toedien nie. (Sien pakketinvoegsel)

In die geval van onaangename reaksie, ontwikkel veluitslag, raadpleeg u dokter, apteker of gesondheidsorgverskaffer. As dit nie beskikbaar is nie, kontak die naaste hospitaal of gifsentrum.

As u vergeet om ‘n dosis Flexadrin CreamTM te neem / gemis:

Moenie dubbeldosis toedien om vergete individuele dosisse te vergemaklik nie.

  1. MOONTLIKE BIJWERKINGE

Daar was nie gevalle van gereelde of minder gereelde newe-effekte wat gerapporteer is tydens die gebruik / gebruik van Flexadrin CreamTM nie

Slegs in gevalle van hipersensitiwiteitsreaksie kan u die volgende newe-effekte ervaar:

  • veluitslag kan voorkom.

U moet egter u gesondheidsorgverskaffer raadpleeg voordat u enige kruiemiddele-bestanddeel neem of toedien.

As u enige newe-effekte sien wat nie in hierdie pamflet genoem word nie, nadat u Flexadrin CreamTM geneem het, stop onmiddellik die gebruik van die produk en raadpleeg u gesondheidsorgverskaffer asseblief u gesondheidsorgverskaffer.

  1. STORAGE VOORWAARDE

Bewaar alle medisyne buite bereik van kinders.

Berg in ‘n koel, droë plek onder of by 25 ° C.

Hou die houer in die oorspronklike verpakking en in ‘n buitenste karton.

Beskerm teen lig.

Moenie in ‘n badkamer stoor nie.

Moet nie gebruik word na die vervaldatum wat op die etiket / karton en op die bottel aangedui word nie.

Moenie Flexadrin CreamTM gebruik as u enige sigbare tekens van agteruitgang sien nie. Stuur alle ongebruikte medisyne na u apteker / verskaffer terug.

Moet nie ongebruikte medisyne in riool- of rioolstelsels verkoop nie.
